Would you like to find out if you qualify for services available through the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act? If you are eligible to work in the U.S., review some of the criteria below to see if you might be eligible. The Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) is landmark legislation designed to strengthen and improve our nation’s public workforce system and help get Americans, including youth and those with significant barriers to employment, into high-quality jobs and careers and helps employers obtain skilled workers.

If you are eligible to work in the U.S., you might be able to enroll in training through the WIOA Program. In determining whether or not you are eligible for training assistance through WIOA, American Job Center (AJC) staff will consider factors like this:
